Judith A. Sargent currently serves as the Branch Manager of the Mesquite Public Library Campus, a position she has held since July 2011. With over 25 years of dedicated service to the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District (LVCCLD), Judi has built a distinguished career marked by innovation, leadership, and a deep commitment to community engagement.
George Gault, CEcD is an accomplished economic development leader, community advocate, and founding chairman of Mesquite Works, a Southern Nevada nonprofit that connects job seekers with employers through training, counseling, and career placement programs.
Paul currently serves as President of the Exchange Club of Mesquite, Treasurer of the Exchange Club of Mesquite Foundation, and Treasurer of the Mesquite Opportunities Regional Fund.
Steve actively contributes to the local community by serving as Vice-Chair for the Mesquite Works STEAM Center, as well as a commissioner on the Mesquite Public Arts Commission and advisory member of Mesquite Opportunity Regional Fund and the Mesquite Community Fund.
Karen is Chair of the Mesquite Public Arts Commission (MPAC), Prior to that she served as Board Member, Vice-President, and President of the Virgin Valley Artists Association.
I bring 35 years of professional experience in planning and development, including 23 years in the United States and 12 years across South Korea and England. Over the course of my career, I have developed deep expertise in comprehensive and strategic planning, urban economics, growth management, and transportation planning and modeling. My background also includes work in housing programs (HOME/CDBG), economic development, redevelopment, public utilities, environmental assessment and protection, historic preservation, and resource management. In addition, I have extensive experience with capital improvement programs, construction, business management, GIS, budgeting and financing, human capital management, environmental justice, and the planning and management of parks and open space.
Jesus Baeza (Junior) is a Virgin Valley native and entrepreneur, passionate about developing small businesses that address the needs of our smaller community.
David Sirianni is the Co-Owner of Juniper Outpost in Mesquite, Nevada. Prior to establishing this small business, he worked with the PACT Coalition and contributed to the Breaking the Cycle Program of the Mesquite Municipal Court, supporting community health and rehabilitation efforts.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sirianni spent over 30 years in the financial services industry, where he managed bond trading operations and led teams at two nationally prominent investment firms. He brings extensive experience in operations, client service, and business management to his current role.
